This document constitutes a legal agreement between the User (Customer) and Salome Lomtadze (I/N 60001090973) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “geone.ge”). By placing an order on the website, you confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Products and Orders

• All bags sold on geone.ge are subject to availability.

• Due to screen variations, actual product colors and textures may slightly differ from the photos displayed on the website.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed on the website. Payment must be made via debit/credit card at checkout through the secure payment gateways of Bank of Georgia or TBC (Flitt).

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Products are shipped across Georgia utilizing 3rd party (independent) delivery companies.

• Limitation of Liability: Since delivery is handled by partner courier services, the Company does not assume responsibility or liability for specific delivery dates, transport delays, or courier schedules.

4. Return and Refund Policy

The Company offers a free return strictly under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: A free return is only available if you receive an incorrect order (wrong model/color) or if the bag has a factory defect/damage.

• Timeframe & Proof: To claim a free return, the user must provide clear media proof (photos or video) to info@geone.ge or our official channels on the exact same day the order was delivered.

• Claims made after this timeframe, or damages resulting from improper use by the customer, will not be eligible for a return.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and bag designs, is the property of Salome Lomtadze and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
